Dining at Trackers

Dining is an integral part of a ski holiday. In fact, some of our guests have told us that dining with us every night has been the highlight of their holiday.

Our cuisine draws its influence from the best of French and Italian Mediterranean cuisine with a different menu each day. Three nights per week we have our acclaimed degustation style menu which we carefully match with local and imported wines. We also offer superb a la carte dining.

Our cocktail bar opens at 5:00pm each night and canapés are served from 6:30pm.

Our accommodation packages are bed and breakfast but can be upgraded to include meals.

Please let us know if you have any allergies, food intolerances or special dietary requirements prior to arrival so that we may creatively cater for you.
